By paying your invoice, you agree to the Terms and Conditions listed below:


1. Your session or event is not officially booked until you have paid your initial amount due, and have also confirmed the details of your session or event with your photographer or planner. 2. Please confirm the schedule of your booked session or event no later than two weeks prior to your session or event, unless otherwise discussed with your photographer or planner. 3. The photographs produced by the COMPANY are protected by Federal Copyright Law (all rights reserved) and may not be reproduced or printed in any manner without your photographer’s explicitly written permission. 4. Your photos may be displayed on social media, shown to potential clients, or appear in advertisements, with the exception of boudoir photography. 5. In the unlikely event that your photographer or planner is unable to render service due to an injury, illness, act of God, act of terrorism, or other cause beyond the control the photographer or planner, the photographer or planner will secure a replacement. If the situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all refundable payments received for the session or event, up to a maximum amount of $300.00. 6. In the unlikely event that digital files have been lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons beyond the photographer's control, including but not limited to camera, hard drive, or equipment malfunction, the photographer’s liability is limited to the return of all refundable payments received for the session or event, up to a maximum amount of $300.00. The limit of liability for a partial loss of originals shall be a prorated amount of the exposures lost based on the percentage of total number of edited images, up to $150.00. 7. The photographer does not retain original images after delivery of edited images, and edited images are retained for up to two months. Should you lose or misplace the final edited images, you can request a new file of the edited images if the photographer still has copies. It is not guaranteed that the photographer will retain copies of photos after the edited gallery is delivered to you. 8. The photographer is not required to deliver every image taken at the event. The determination of images delivered to you is left to the discretion of the photographer. The photographer cannot guarantee an exact number of photographs to be delivered to you, as this number will vary for each event. The photographer cannot guarantee specific shots will be taken. The photographer will release digital images to you within 180 days of the session or event date. The photographer is not responsible for the print or image quality of photos or photo products printed by any third-party printer. The photographer is not responsible for compromised coverage OR loss of coverage due to causes beyond the control of the photographer including but not limited to obtrusive guests, lateness of the client(s) or their guests, weather conditions, schedule complications, incorrect addresses provided to the photographer, rendering of decorations, amount of available lighting, theft, or restrictions of the locations. The photographer is not responsible for backgrounds, lighting conditions, or other factors beyond the photographer’s control which may negatively impact or restrict the photo coverage. 9. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session or event, please do so as soon as you are able. We cannot guarantee availability for rescheduled sessions or events, but will do our best to accommodate your needs.
