If you purchased both a session AND a full gallery upon booking (15+ images):
Your full gallery will be unlocked immediately if you purchased a full gallery at the time of booking.
If you purchased a session with a specified number of images (fewer than 15 images):*
Your gallery will include proofing images with a watermark. You should select your session images from the gallery and notify us which photos you would like included without a watermark for your session price.
For example, if you booked a session that includes seven images, you would select seven of the images in your gallery for download, and we will release those seven images to you in your private gallery.
If you've purchased a session with a limited number of images, you may elect to add additional images for an additional $8 charge per photo, or you can add the entire gallery for $40.00.
If you have selected more photos than your session included, an invoice will be emailed to you, and you can pay the invoice online or through Venmo. If you order additional images, your final non-watermarked images will be released in a private gallery once your session fee and additional gallery fee are paid in full.
*If your images do not include a watermark, then you have already paid for the full gallery.
To select images from your proofing gallery:
From a computer, open a single image by clicking on it. Once a single photo is open on your screen, click the Information icon; it’s the "i" in the black circle. The "i" icon usually sits on the left side of the screen toward the top, depending on your browser. Look for the photo title when the photo information appears. All titles follow the same format, and title will say the word “Photo” and the photo number. EXAMPLE TITLE: Photo-0919.jpg
From a mobile device, open a single image by clicking on it. Once a single photo is open on your screen, open the Information Menu by clicking the three dots in the bottom left corner of your screen. Once the Information Menu opens, click “Photo Details.” Look for the photo title when the photo information appears. All titles follow the same format, and title will say the word “Photo” and the photo number. EXAMPLE TITLE: Photo-0919.jpg
Use these photo titles to order the images you would like to include for your session price, and please indicate if you’d like to add extra images or the full gallery when ordering. Please take the time to double and triple check your photo titles when sending us your order! We always triple check the photo titles on our end, and we trust that you have done the same. If you submit incorrect photo titles, you will have to purchase the correct photos once the final, non-watermarked images have been released. It is imperative that you have thoroughly checked the photo titles for accuracy to avoid charges on additional images.
Once you have the titles of the images you’d like to order, email those photo titles to TheHeirloomCo@outlook.com. THE SUBJECT OF YOUR EMAIL SHOULD BE YOUR GALLERY URL. EXAMPLE: www.theheirloomco/com/SS01proofing
To download photos from your final non-watermarked gallery:
Open your final non-watermarked images and click the download icon. It’s the arrow pointing downward with a line underneath. You can download individual photos to your device, or you can download the entire gallery at once, which is typically emailed in a .zip folder.
