COVID-19 Protocol

Hey, Tribe! We are back in limited capacity! Until further notice, we're operating a little differently.

As an industry, photographers and planners come into close contact with many people, sometimes numbering in the hundreds, depending on the day.

We recognize the need to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and are limiting the services we are providing, until further notice. We are complying with all current state and local guidelines concerning COVID-19, in addition to CDC and WHO guidelines, in addition to the following:

WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY

We are booking outdoor elopements and outdoor ceremonies with fewer than ten people in attendance. We are not booking any indoor wedding celebrations, or celebrations with eleven or more people in attendance.

SESSIONS AND MINIS

We are currently only booking outdoor sessions and minis in locations that social distancing is possible at all times. If your session or mini requires an indoor space, we can't accommodate such requests at this time. We are no booking newborn, fresh 48, and elderly sessions at this time.

EVENT PLANNING

Due to the close proximity required to provide the following services, we are not currently offering day-of coordination, décor rental, catering, musician or D.J. services, or large event photography services. We are still providing floral arrangements, wedding cakes, invitations and stationary, and photography for elopements and small events with fewer than ten guests in attendance.

APPOINTMENTS

The use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as masks will be used by The Heirloom Co while working with clients. Appointments are required and must be booked at least two weeks in advance. Strict appointment times will be enforced, allowing sufficient time for sanitation of all equipment and props. We are not booking any indoor sessions or event at this time, and will not enter an indoor area at any time during your booked session or event; this includes bridal suites. Photographers will use no-touch posing methods and will maintain a distance of at least ten feet from other individuals at all times.

CLIENT SCREENING

Temperature checks should be conducted for each photographic client (including each member of the family present) prior to each session. Any subject or family member with a fever exceeding 100.4 degrees should be rescheduled. Screening questions could include:

• How are you feeling?

• Have you had a cough or any flu-like or COVID symptoms in the last 14 days?

• Have you been around anyone exhibiting these symptoms with the last 14 days?

• Are you living with anyone who is sick or quarantined?

Anyone who is feeling ill or has been exposed to someone with COVID-19 will be directed to reschedule their session or event.

We know these conditions are not ideal, and though 2020 threw us all a curve ball we didn't see coming, we'll get through this together! Thank you for your patience and grace as we navigate these uncertain times together!
